About Us:
Join our Manufacturing Clients dynamic team as part of their continued growth and investment, we're looking for a dedicated Sales Account Coordinator to support their expanding customer base and contribute to their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Engage in repeat and new business selling over the phone to an established customer base.

Target Achievement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed agreed targets.

Order Processing: Leverage your knowledge of ERP systems to streamline order processing (training provided if needed).

CRM Management: Record and maintain relevant market information in our CRM system.

Production Coordination: Liaise with the production department to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Customer Support: Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly and effectively.

Administrative Tasks: Handle general office administration to keep operations running smoothly.
Your Skills & Experience:
A third-level qualification and/or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Enthusiasm, energy, and a strong desire to sell and build a long-term career.

The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Flexibility to travel to different plants as required.
