Ashleigh has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Coordinator to assist our project team with all construction-related administrative duties.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all documentation including; Operations & Maintenance Manuals and Tenants Guide stated within the build programme are issued to all parties timeously and accurately
- Collation of Pre-Construction information
- Manage and maintain all relevant project documentation
- Build effective relationships with our client base and supply chain
- Managing PPE orders

**Essential Requirements**
- Good professional level of MS packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Working on own initiative with the ability to prioritise workloads
- High level of organisation and planning skills
- Construction experience preferred but not essential

**Remuneration**
- Salary
- £27,000 - £30,000
- Private health care
- Employer’s contribution pension plan
- 30 days holiday per annum

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
