Due to Maternity leave, they are looking to acquire the services of an Account Manager to join the team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, full-time basis. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting business retention and growth targets. The ideal candidate must have previous working experience in a Creative/Marketing agency.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, well-executed, and profitable projects.
Plan, manage, and successfully complete projects to a high standard of creative quality and client service, even under tight deadlines.
Create clear, simple, and inspiring briefs and lead kick-off meetings with the wider team.
Listen carefully to clients, manage their expectations, and ensure timely delivery according to agreed schedules.
Assist the Senior team with the day-to-day management of the agency portfolio as needed.
Prepare accurate quotes, timing plans, meeting notes, and weekly status reports in a timely manner.
Provide timely revenue forecast updates and monthly billing updates for clients.   
Key Skills & Experience
Essential previous experience in account management within a creative or marketing agency setting.
Confident and proactive attitude with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A skilled listener who can adeptly identify the core issues and objectives of clients.
Personable, professional, and able to instil confidence.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong communicator.
Efficiently manage, prioritize, and organise workloads and multiple projects.
Collaborate effectively with the team and take the lead on projects when required.   
Additional Information
Working Hours are 9 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Friday (Some flexibility)
Would consider 4 days a week (32 hours)
Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the studio (Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
