The RolenTo provide high level, proactive administrative support to the Winchester Office team.nKey responsibilities and dutiesnCarry out day-to-day administrative duties including:nCompleting compliance paperworknDiary managementnUpdate information on the Salesforce system to ensure client and company records are correctnDeal with telephone and email enquiries politely and efficientlynLiaise with the Marketing department regarding email campaigns advertising, press and sales detailsnProcessing photos through photoshopnCreating generation/marketing lettersnEnsure health and safety policies are followednHelp maintain a tidy and pleasant working environment and ensure supplies are well-stockednArranging and aliasing to keep the office maintenancenRaise invoices

Skills and Experiencen• GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and Englishn• Previous experience within a similar rolen• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT Excel)n• Numeraten• Strong verbal and written communication skillsn• Highly organised and self-motivated
