The Role

  • To provide high level, proactive administrative support to the Winchester Office team.
  • Key responsibilities and duties
  • Carry out day-to-day administrative duties including:
  • Completing compliance paperwork
  • Diary management
  • Update information on the Salesforce system to ensure client and company records are correct
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries politely and efficiently
  • Liaise with the Marketing department regarding email campaigns advertising, press and sales details
  • Processing photos through photoshop
  • Creating generation/marketing letters
  • Ensure health and safety policies are followed
  • Help maintain a tidy and pleasant working environment and ensure supplies are well-stocked
  • Arranging and aliasing to keep the office maintenance
  • Raise invoices
