- To provide high level, proactive administrative support to the Winchester Office team.
- Key responsibilities and duties
- Carry out day-to-day administrative duties including:
- Completing compliance paperwork
- Diary management
- Update information on the Salesforce system to ensure client and company records are correct
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries politely and efficiently
- Liaise with the Marketing department regarding email campaigns advertising, press and sales details
- Processing photos through photoshop
- Creating generation/marketing letters
- Ensure health and safety policies are followed
- Help maintain a tidy and pleasant working environment and ensure supplies are well-stocked
- Arranging and aliasing to keep the office maintenance
- Raise invoices
- Polite and professional
- Proactive and organised
- Always punctual
- Amenable, can-do attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

- Able to effectively prioritise workload
