Digital Trading Manager Responsibilities:
As the Digital trading Manager your key duties will include:
-          Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets across European markets
-          Determine appropriate campaign launch strategies
-          Own performance marketing to support revenue and growth objectives
-          Monitor and analyse KPI and operating metrics
-          Oversee 3rd party e-commerce channels, ensure effective SEO/PPC deliverables
-          Work closely with Buying Manager to create category sales and trade plans
-          Inventory management
-          Promotions and campaigns (seasonal promotions, flash sales etc.)
-          Budget management
-          Agency management

Digital Trading Manager Experience
Demonstrable experience in a digital trading / e-commerce / online retail marketing manager role
Strong analytical and technical skills including Google Analytics
Strong familiarity with SEO, SEM and digital advertising
Experience working in a fast paced, international business would be preferred
Location
This is a part time (30 hours per week), permanent position, starting in September 2024 ideally. There will be hybrid working, with around 2-3 days per week at their Thame office.
