Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at OJ Digital. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and personally running the payroll process, ensuring seamless communication with both the finance and people teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the payroll process, liaising with the finance and people teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain, update, and create relevant payroll policies, procedures, and forms as required.
- Be the primary point of contact for all payroll queries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage pay requests for colleagues outside of the main payroll process.
- Run weekly reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in personally running a complex payroll process.
- Knowledge of global payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Flexible and understanding of the unpredictable hours that can come with a complex payroll position.
What We Offer:
- A full-time role with a basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Pension scheme.
