Payroll Specialist

Portfolio Payroll is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company and contribute to the success of their payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Management: Manage a portfolio of payrolls, building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Query Resolution: Resolve payroll-related queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve payroll processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing changes where possible.
- Project Support: Provide support with payroll-related projects, working collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality results.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate excellent payroll technical knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Team Leadership: Manage two Payroll Administrators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
This role offers a hybrid working pattern after probation, providing a great work-life balance and flexibility.
