**Payroll Specialist - Financial Operations**
The Role
OJ Digital, a leading digital solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's financial processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the payroll process, collaborating with the finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain and update payroll policies, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related queries and concerns.
- Process statutory payments and deductions with precision and accuracy.
- Manage pay requests for colleagues outside of the regular payroll cycle.
- Perform weekly reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.

- Proven experience in managing complex payrolls and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Knowledge of global payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

**The Package:**
