Job Overview

**Payroll Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at OJ Digital. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and forms to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Process statutory payments and deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage pay requests for employees outside of the main payroll cycle.
  • Perform weekly payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a complex payroll environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home or in the office.
