Job Title: Specialist Payroll Officer
Company: OJ Digital
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hybrid Working: Yes
Pension: Yes
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage and personally run the payroll process, liaising with both the finance and people teams.
- Maintain, update and help create relevant payroll policies, procedures and forms when required.
- Be the main point of contact for all payroll queries.
- Manage pay requests for colleagues outside of the main payroll.
- Run weekly reconciliation.
- Previous experience personally running a complex payroll.
- Knowledge of global payroll processes, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Flexible and understanding of the unpredictable hours that can come with a complex payroll position.
