Senior Business Development Executive – FMCGnLondon, Hybrid workingn£33-38K

Our client, an FMCG brand rapidly expanding across Europe, is looking for an experienced Sales Development Executive to join their growing team.nWorking within a highly talented Sales team, you will be responsible for working with distributors to drive sales and distribution growth.nResponsibilities :nManage and work with distributors to deliver annual sales targetnIdentify and manage potential business opportunities to drive development and sales growth of retailnEstablish and maintain good relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and other partners, for effective support and motivated partnershipsnEffectively monitor market situations and competitor’s activities & pricingnEnsure continuous stocks supply in all trade channels and healthy inventory level at distributors’ warehouse to prevent supply interruptionnPlan and monitor trade activities implementations through distributors, and properly evaluate resultsnTracking of country regulation changes via working closely with importersnKey account developmentnRepresent the brand in key trade customer meetings and eventsnEffectively communicate with other functions to execute and implement strategies and plansnKeep track and analyse sales and A&P performancenSafeguard the brand to ensure brand is not misrepresented in local market

Requirements :

2-3 years’ of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with distributor management, supply chain and trade marketingnUniversity degree level or equivalent, Business or Marketing related degree is an advantage.nValid Driving licence to be able to drive in both UK and Europe.nGood Microsoft Office skills for reports and analysis.nMust be prepared to work flexible hours, even at weekends, with frequent travelnOrganized and disciplinednExcellent people skills, social and communication skills
