Senior Sales Executive

who comes from a commercial L&D, DEI or HR background. You will work within their commercial structure to follow up on qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by closing deals and building and nurturing strong relationships with clients. They provide businesses with a tailored framework of support that drives talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and leadership development, underpinning the cultural shift required for businesses to optimise for greatness through the power of gender equity.

Outline of Key Responsibilities:nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within target organisations.nNegotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.nServe as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs, ensuring they are utilizing our products effectively and meeting their learning objectives.

General Responsibilities:nWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and showcase the value of their solutions.nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.nProactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.nMonitor client satisfaction and collect feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements.nProvide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Person Specificationn3-5 years’ experience in enterprise sales and customer success, who comes from a commercial L&D, DEI or HR background.nProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation and conversion targets.nProven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.nStrong communication and negotiation skills.nAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levelsnStrong organizational and time management skills.nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.nProficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.nPassionate about our clients mission.
