Salary: Up to £14 per hour
Pin Point Recruitment is seeking dedicated Grounds Maintenance Drivers to join our clients team, working on various contracts across Surrey, including key highway projects. As part of a two-person team, you’ll travel between sites in a fully equipped company vehicle, ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces.
What You’ll Do:
* Grass & Hedge Cutting: Operate petrol mowers and strimmers to maintain grass and hedges.
* Highways Maintenance: Perform strimming and clearance on highways, ensuring safety and cleanliness along key routes.
* Ride-On Mowers: Use ride-on mowers for efficient, large-area maintenance.
* Site Maintenance: Conduct litter picking and sweeping to keep areas clean and presentable.
* Seasonal Tasks: Manage leaf clearance and gritting during the autumn and winter months.
* Driving Duties: Safely drive a fully equipped company van between various locations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Valid Driving Licence: Required for driving the company vehicle.
* Highways Experience: Previous experience with highways maintenance is a plus.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong working relationships with your team and other stakeholders.
* Reliability: Dependable with excellent timekeeping skills.
* Training Provided: Full induction and training will be given to ensure you're well-prepared for the role.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts,
