THE COMPANY
A prominent UK-based estate agency, publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange, operates a network of over 50 branches nationwide, serving a substantial portion of Greater London.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is pivotal in driving the development of our data warehouse, collaborating with stakeholders, and establishing best practices.
You will be a technical expert in SQL, Power BI, and Azure, with a knack for understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into technical specifications.
Your day to day will involve:
- Lead the development of the Azure data warehouse, ensuring efficient management and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Utilize SQL, Power BI, and Azure to extract insights from data and develop actionable reports and dashboards.
- Provide technical expertise in DAX and assist the team in writing measures.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from C-suite and stakeholders, delivering insights and analysis in a timely manner.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this Head of BI & Analytics role, you will require:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Azure.
- Experience with DAX is a plus.
- Exceptional soft skills, including stakeholder interaction, adaptability, and quick learning.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex data projects and driving business impact.
