Job Title: Head Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Soho House & Co. As a Head Waiter/Waitress, your role is to ensure that our members have an exceptional dining experience every time. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations, and paying of the bill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Take orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Make recommendations to members and guests based on their preferences and dietary requirements
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
