Our Client are looking for a Business Development Manager in Northern Ireland who is responsible for the development of a customer base across key geographies and markets and establish long-term strategic relationships with core customers.


Your Role:

  • Provide accurate representation of our client by supplying details about their essential product and service offerings.
  • Analyse client wants and requirements correctly, then appropriately identify, evaluate, and move forward with leads (taking into account influencing elements such project location and logistics, design and architecture, structural layout, and other pertinent technical features).
  • Work closely with the Contracts and Commercial Excellence teams to ascertain the projects' scope, consider applicable concepts, and estimate the necessary expenditures in the beginning.
  • You assess if working with the customer will benefit the company both financially and strategically.


The competences:

  • Possess a strong interest for Construction, Facilities Management, Sustainable Energy Solutions, and you can enthuse customers about them with your experience and positive outlook.
  • You are assertive and will act with initiative.
  • You possess the motivation to find new markets and opportunities, as well as extensive expertise turning opportunities into initiatives.
  • You have excellent communication abilities, a high degree of persuasiveness, and the qualities of a true team player.
  • You work as a team to accomplish shared objectives and significantly contribute to the expansion and stability of our company.


What we require from you:

  • You already have a large network and are familiar with the UK and Ireland.
  • You are well-versed in the fields of clean energy, facilities management, and construction.
  • You have a great deal of relevant work experience in a related position.
  • You've worked with a CRM system before.
