Fully Remote (NI Based Role)
Hayward Hawk are excited to be working with a fast growing contender in the commercial insurance sector.
Operating a remote first policy, this is a forward thinking firm with an open mind and approach to BD. As a senior business developer executive you will be gave full autonomy to tackle this role how you see best fit; expanding into new areas and bringing new accounts into the business.

Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential clients within the commercial insurance sector.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure profitable deals and larger accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients.
Utilize networking events, industry conferences, and other avenues to expand our business network and generate leads.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
