Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Security to join our team. The successful candidate will lead our fast-growing Security business, grow our revenue across existing and new clients, and manage our team of Contract Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to both our operatives and Contracts Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement with all departments, specifically our Labour/Trades and Logistics Team.
*
Revenue / Gross Profit: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand security services within our existing client base, as well as new clients.
*
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement security strategies that align with business goals and support operational efficiency. Create an annual budget and forecast, and report monthly to the leadership team on performance.
*
Operational Oversight: Ensure robust security measures are maintained across all sites and that our health, safety and compliance standards are met at all times.
*
Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement and management of security-related supplies and equipment and ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
Qualifications and Experience:
*
Proven experience in senior operational / sales role in the Security sector.
*
Track record of expanding revenue within existing clients and winning new clients.
*
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a large workforce.
*
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs.
*
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*
Experience in provision of Waking Watch services.
*
Familiarity with the ACS approval process.
*
SIA accredited.
