We are representing a large SEN School in Coventry that have multiple roles for SEND Teaching Assistants to start in September. The school has fantastic facilities, beautiful grounds and a dynamic and alternative curriculum for pupils requiring additional support and care within their education environment.
You'll be matched to young people based on your experience, and will mostly be working 1:1 with this pupil throughout your placement. The placement is initially temporary but has the potential to be permanent should both parties be happy following an induction period.
Key information
Competitive pay rates from £80 to £110 a day depending on experience
You'll be matched to students & you'll work with them on a 1:1 basis
Provided education on and off school site
Working with pupils that have various special educational needs and/or social, emotional & mental health needsWhat are we looking for?
At least a year's experience of working with children who have SEN and/or SEMH needs
A proven track record of delivering primary or secondary education
Understanding of & commitment to safeguarding

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.
