Position Overview:
As the Finance Manager you will have a focus on tax and accounting, and will play a crucial role in managing all financial operations and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with the broader finance team to streamline accounting processes, optimise tax strategies, and support the company's financial growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statement preparation.
- and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
- thorough tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax optimisation and risk mitigation.
- and file accurate and timely tax returns, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax filings.
- with external auditors and tax advisors to support the annual audit process and respond to any tax inquiries or assessments.
- strategic financial guidance and analysis to senior management to support decision-making and business planning.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Accountant (ACA, ICAS, ICAEW)
- experience in tax accounting
- knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.
- in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
