Job Title: Finance Manager

Halmer Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support to the Financial Director and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Systems: Ensure the effective use of financial systems, including accounting software and online banking platforms.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, with a strong background in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
