You will be responsible for maximising profitability, mitigating risks, and ensuring contractual compliance while fostering strong client relationships and driving business development initiatives.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIPS) preferred. Proven track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role within the infrastructure or construction industry, with specific experience in highways projects. Extensive knowledge of contract management, commercial negotiations, and risk assessment methodologies. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, develop budgets, and drive profitability. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and inspire a high-performing team. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive results in a dynamic and competitive business environment.
