Our international client, is seeking an IT Desktop Technician to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex problems, then this role is perfect for you
You will be providing exceptional first and second-line support to our business users. IT Desktop Technician who has held a similar IT position and has gained experience in support of IT. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and self-motivated individual who can quickly adapt to our environment and begin contributing immediately.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional IT support to customers, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Diagnose and repair computer systems, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and upgrade software applications, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
Collaborate with team members to document and share best practises and technical knowledge.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT to enhance your skills and provide cutting-edge solutions.Requirements:
Previous experience as an IT Desktop Technician or similar role.
Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
