Our client, a leading organisation in Hereford, is seeking an enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Role Overview:nAs an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's fleet and the compliance with legal requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of vehicle allocation and booking works in line with the project programme. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to interact with multiple parties and effectively manage dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:nThe key responsibilities of this role include maintaining administration records, providing standard reports, and assisting with monthly KPI reporting. You will also handle the distribution of monthly charging invoices and resolve any queries that may arise. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring all procedures are properly documented and all E5 orders are processed accurately.

To succeed in this role, you should have a basic education, including a minimum of 4 GCSEs or O levels including Maths and English. Proficiency in computer literacy and good keyboard skills is also required.
