About the Role
Are you ready to take your passion for education to the next level? Look no further We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Full-Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team for a long-term opportunity. This role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from £115 to £125 per day and is available for immediate start. As an HLTA, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups. Your role will be diverse, ranging from leading small group interventions to providing targeted support to students with additional needs. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial part in assisting with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring every student receives the tailored support they need to succeed. Key Skills, Experiences, and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
● HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
