About the role: Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to make a significant impact in a supportive and vibrant primary school? Application Requirements:

• A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working as a teaching assistant or HLTA in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curricula.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for supporting and enhancing the educational experience of children.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Provide targeted interventions to support students who require additional help.
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
• Help with the preparation and assessment of educational materials and resources.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, contributing to the overall school community.
