Application Requirements:

• Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student achievement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Lead small group interventions and provide one-on-one support to students who need additional help.
• Take responsibility for planning and delivering lessons in the teacher's absence.
• Assist with the assessment and tracking of student progress, ensuring that every child is on track to meet their targets.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
