About the role:
We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This position comes with a competitive salary of £100 – £120 per day and offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our students’ educational journey. We are eager to find someone who shares our passion for student success. You will work primarily with a Key Stage 2 class of 30 pupils, focusing on both academic achievement and personal growth. The role stands out due to our collaborative teaching environment and strong support system, ensuring you can thrive in your position.
Application Requirements:
• A relevant Level 4 qualification or higher (e.g., HLTA status).
• Experience working within a primary school setting, particularly with Key Stage 1 and 2 students.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Planning and leading small group sessions tailored to individual student needs.
• Assisting in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
• Contributing to the development of inclusive classroom practices.
