About the role:
We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This position comes with a competitive salary of £100 – £120 per day and offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our students’ educational journey. We are eager to find someone who shares our passion for student success. You will work primarily with a Key Stage 2 class of 30 pupils, focusing on both academic achievement and personal growth. Application Requirements:
• A relevant Level 4 qualification or higher (e.g., HLTA status).
• Experience working within a primary school setting, particularly with Key Stage 1 and 2 students.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Planning and leading small group sessions tailored to individual student needs.
• Assisting in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
• Contributing to the development of inclusive classroom practices.
