Location:
The role is based in Uxbridge or Cambridge and offers remote working.
Salary:
£40.63phr PAYE or £53.76phr Umbrella.
Senior Project Manager Role:
Manages one or more high-level, complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
Regularly interacts with management, coordinates and directs the activities of project team members and may be responsible for cross-functional teams.
Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented and may obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.
Responsible for process improvement/development.
Your Background:
Educated to degree level or above in a related field with experience of working in a Pharmaceutical Project Management role.
Expertise in running medium to large scale projects and excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures.
Experience with project management and analyst methodologies (e.g. Agile) and best practices.
Experience with Impact Assessments, Change Management and Risk Assessment.
Experience with Change management and business process development best practices.
Strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills.
