So, what’s the job?

As the Project Manager for our People and Culture integration you’ll be responsible for overseeing the successful integration and deployment of a Payroll and HRIS system for Cover-More Europe. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a thorough understanding of human resources processes.

You’ll lead the planning, execution, and closing of an integration project You’ll manage HR process mapping and reengineering You’ll develop detailed project plans and timelines You’ll monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies You’ll coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather and document business requirements You’ll liaise with the Group workstream lead to manage all aspects of the acquisition project for Europe You’ll develop user guides for employees and end-users for key processes You’ll provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and progress You’ll develop a transition plan for ongoing maintenance and support of the HRIS

And what are we looking for?

You’ll have a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field You’ll have prior experience project managing a HRIS implementation or similar You’ll have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion You’ll have experience in HR outsourcing projects (including Payroll) You’ll have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities You’ll have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities You’ll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills You’ll be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP) would be beneficial, but not essential
