You'll be based out of Milestones Early Learning Warners Bay while supporting 5 additional services across the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region. You will love the challenge of leading a team of educators as well as supporting the Senior Operations team
Provide leadership and operational direction to an Affinity Education Group operated centre and in provide support when needed to our wonderful Area Manager and fellow services when needed. In addition to a dedicated Operations team, you’ll be fully supported by a national team including Quality, Education, Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Safety and Compliance, Marketing and Promotions - just to name a few.
Able to work full-time, Mon-Fri (monthly RDO negotiable)
Driven to provide exceptional quality while delivering financial results which ensure our centre can operate sustainably
Loves building long-lasting connections with your local community, families and the children in your care
Will lead centre to Meet and Exceed National Quality Standards
5yr experience leading a large service or area
~ A current Working with Children’s Check
~ Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain

Guiding and managing business performance of the service
~ Coaching and mentoring both Centre Leadership Teams
~ Supporting with Marketing and occupancy growth
~ Support with Quality and Education of the service
