Learning Support Assistant

The Year 1 TA role will involve:
· Supporting groups with core learning activities including Reading, Writing, Phonics and Maths
· Making assessments and recording data
· Delivering targeted interventions for groups and individuals, including children with SEN
· Contributing effectively to behaviour management, alongside the class teacher
· Preparing resources
You will need prior experience in either EYFS or KS1 and have good understanding of the curriculum for KS1. This Year 1 TA role requires strong communication skills, ability to build excellent relationships with the children, and a genuine desire to impact the children's progress and development in all areas.
This Year 1 TA role is full-time and has a daily pay rate of £95 - £105 depending on experience.
Essential requirements:
· Right to Work in the UK
· Enhanced DBS
· Relevant qualification such as Childhood Studies degree, TA qualification, Level 2 or Level 3
· Professional references covering the last two full years
· Teaching Assistant experience in a UK primary school
