A new full time position for a LSA with Animal Care.

8:30am until 4pm Monday to Friday

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Associate to join our team. As a Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing care and assistance to individuals with special needs, specifically those with autism. This position requires experience working with children and the ability to effectively communicate and educate.

**Duties**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with special needs, focusing on those with autism
- Assist in implementing individualized plans and strategies for each individual
- Engage in activities that promote socialization, communication, and skill development
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Document observations, progress, and any incidents that occur during the day

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs
- Knowledge of special education practices and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with individuals with autism
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards individuals with special needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

**Salary**: £57.69-£97.95 per day

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- DBS on the Update Service (required)
