We are looking for a diligent Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Accounting and Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a knack for working with numbers and a keen eye for detail.

Client Details

My client are a fast-growing, established technology company with their head offices based in the City of London. Their lean finance team are looking for a confident Accounts Payable Assistant to take over the Accounts Payable function and support the wider team.

Description

  • Upload PO and non PO invoices to system
  • Prepare payment runs
  • Ensure payment deadlines
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Handle and resolve supplier queries and details
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Assist the team with month-end information for close and audit / ad hoc

Profile

A successful AP should have:

  • Previous invoice processing experience
  • Understanding of PO matching
  • Experience using accounting system (Netsuite highly desirable)
  • Strong excel skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Offer

  • £27,000 salary + 10% quarterly bonus
