Your role would be to relieve them of this caseload and take on a senior position as the team is further developed.
Case Management: Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.
Client Representation: Provide expert legal representation for clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and argumentation.
Prepare legal documents, including petitions, motions, and affidavits, with precision and attention to detail.
Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their legal needs, provide advice, and develop strategies for achieving their objectives.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.
Approximately 3 years of experience as a qualified Solicitor specialising in family law is essential.
