We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team at QED Legal, a boutique firm based in the West Midlands. Our client is looking to expand their successful team by bringing in a knowledgeable, ambitious, and hardworking individual to work on an existing caseload and continue their development learning from senior and highly experienced legal professionals.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

  • Settlement agreements
  • Redundancy matters
  • Unfair dismissal claims
  • Absence management
  • HR Advice
  • Contracts, policies, and handbooks

The ideal candidate will be able to work well both in a team and on their own initiative. Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 and hybrid working arrangements.
