We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our team at QED Legal in the West Midlands. As a boutique firm, we offer a unique opportunity for a knowledgeable and ambitious individual to work on a diverse caseload and develop their skills under the guidance of senior legal professionals.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Settlement agreements
  • Redundancy matters
  • Unfair dismissal claims
  • Absence management
  • HR Advice
  • Contracts, policies, and handbooks

Our ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and independently, with excellent organisation and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 and a hybrid working arrangement.
