The business has achieved great growth over recent years through a successful DTC model and strong existing and new retailer relationships so it's a super exciting time to join the business.

In this role you will...

Maintain strong relationships with key national retail accounts; Curry's & John LewisnDrive sales growth by developing and executing strategic account plans that align with company objectives and customer needsnNegotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of trade to maximize profitability and market sharenAnalyse market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovationnCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of account strategiesnMonitor and manage account performance against targets, making adjustments as needed to achieve sales and profit objectivesnPrepare and present regular business reviews and forecasts to senior management and key stakeholders

Key Skills/Experience Required:

A minimum of 4 years experience within National Accounts, with experience of managing Curry's &/or John LewisnStrong understanding of the FMCG industry, including market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscapenExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationshipsnPersonable, autonomous and ambitious working stylenAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions
