Policy & Procedure Management: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Project Coordination: Lead and manage HR projects from start to finish.
Generalist HR Support: Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide HR solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.Qualifications:
Experience in HR, with a focus on policy development and project management.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
