**HR & Office Administrator + Permanent + Upto £35k salary + Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30hours + Hybrid
- 3 days a week once trained.**

Our client based in Trafford Park are looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join them due to a period of growth and more support being needed in the team.

**HR Coordinator - includes**:

- Responsible for the delivery of efficient HR support to employees and their development to facilitate the HR strategy.
- Implement HR best practices and continually raise the profile of HR positively within the Company, whilst promoting Company Values and behaviours.
- Oversee the continuous review and development of HR processes throughout the business and providing internal training, guidance and support when required.
- Working with the HR Manager to identify HR projects that will help to deliver the HR strategic roadmap and other strategic initiatives.
- Support HR Manager with HR change projects as required.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics e.g. turnover, retention, vacancies etc.
- Responsible for all Employee life-cycle maintenance and HR administration including adding new starters onto various systems and issuing contracts and processing leavers etc.
- Managing all processes across HR and payroll from onboarding, training, employee well-being, retention and performance management, ensuring all employee records are updated.
- Responsible for checking passport and other relevant documentation of new joiners to confirm eligibility to work in the UK and help support the Known Consignor Scheme.
- Obtain and ensure satisfactory reference checks are completed for all colleagues in line with Company policy. Liaise with external provider to ensure relevant employees obtain DBS checks.
- Issuing new starter packs, ensuring roles are fully authorised and necessary details are completed; ensuring correct accompanying forms and documents are enclosed and returned.
- Offering proactive recruitment assistance.
- Support the Performance Development and Training Plan processes.
- Liaise with external partners, for example agencies, training providers, as required.
- Annual processes and document management (for example address confirmations, next of kin, holiday allocations, performance review forms, Occupational Health assessments.).
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Provide full HR generalist support and advice to Managers and employees - ensuring a current knowledge of employee legislation and employee relation issues is maintained to ensure that the company remains compliant and risk is mitigated.
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies to ensure alignment with current legislation.
- Offering proactive recruitment assistance.
- Keeping up to date with relevant and new legislation.
- Reviewing and updating role profiles.
- Responding to general queries received in the HR inbox.
- Fostering a positive work culture.
- Support line managers with attendance and performance issues and performance improvement plans.
- Attending HR related internal meetings and preparing invites and outcome minutes/documentation.
- Other administrative work as required.
