This is a great opportunity for an experience L&D specialist to join this growing dynamic company in a global capacity, reporting to the Global Director Learning and Talent Development and managing two direct reports. It also interfaces with other members of the Global L&D team and broader HR team.
The role:
An extremely varied role, typical activities include:
having full accountability of all cross-disciplinary learning offerings and budget globally
leading the future management and leadership development programmes for emerging global leaders, supporting high potential development and future role fulfilment
leading the ongoing implementation of the learning strategy, ensuring that it is developed in alignment with the overall organisational priorities;
offering targeted development opportunities that support career planning
providing leadership across the team to ensure that its structure and priorities are clear
driving measurement/impact & evaluation processes including ROI for strategic projects and L&D framework priorities
