Job Summary

The Global Experiences Manager role at London Business School involves supporting the development and delivery of global programmes. This includes planning and delivering programmes, reviewing and evaluating designated programmes, and managing the distribution of information to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Programme Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver a range of global programmes in accordance with well-defined processes, contributing to more complex projects with guidance from Senior Managers and Associate Director.
  2. Programme Review and Evaluation: Support the review and evaluation of designated programmes to ensure delivery remains at the highest possible quality.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Support, coordinate, and deliver world-class learning experiences for stakeholders.
  4. Communication: Manage the efficient and timely distribution of information to students/participants/stakeholders using the most effective form of communications.
  5. Scheduling and Timetabling: Help ensure that all scheduling and timetabling activity is as efficient as possible, liaising across teams to ensure that all needs are met effectively.
Requirements
  1. Excellent Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience of effectively working with a large range of different stakeholders.
  2. Sound Project Management: Sound project management skills, including experience of managing complex projects and multiple priorities.
  3. Organisational and Planning: Excellent organisational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Budget Management: Demonstrable knowledge of budget management.
