About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Global Chemicals Engagement Lead to join our team in London. As a key member of our Strategic Engagement & Intelligence Group, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global engagement plans for our chemicals team.

Job Description

In this role, you will lead external engagement meetings with major chemicals companies and trading houses, develop strategic messaging for our chemicals engagements, and distill intelligence gathered from these interactions. You will also collaborate with content-commercial teams on the Value Add program and drive best practices for Market Engagement.

You will have a solid understanding of global chemicals markets, experience in price formation and methodology, and previous experience in engaging clients or sources in markets. Strong leadership and influencing skills, excellent planning and time management skills, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with master's preferable
  • Chemicals market price experience with good understanding of trade flows and workings of global chemicals markets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent leadership
  • Strong track-record and ability to execute and collaborate across multiple teams.
What We Offer
