We are seeking an experienced Chemical Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • ZDHC Compliance Drive
  • Support chemical compliance and animal welfare training programs for employees, suppliers, and brands, emphasizing chemical management and supply chain traceability.
  • Oversee the chemical surveillance program, monitoring suppliers and 3rd Party Brands by risk.
  • Communicate compliance summaries to stakeholders and provide guidance for corrective actions.
  • Lead Due Diligence risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on product-related tasks regarding fabric and sustainability.
  • Work with retail teams to develop short-term corrective action plans for supplier failures.
  • Contribute to developing and updating Global Manuals with product technical teams, ensuring regulatory requirements and business needs are met.
  • Maintain compliant product labeling for all markets.
  • Anticipate and communicate chemical management and labeling regulatory changes, implementing them across the business and supply chain.
  • Support the sustainability team with sustainable materials certification checks.
  • Engage suppliers to ensure compliance with sustainable materials certification requirements.
  • Monitor buying teams' adoption of sustainable materials.
  • Assist with fabric-related projects as required.
