Our client is currently looking for a Field Service Engineer across London to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of state-of-the-art medical devices. The rolenWithin this role you will repair, fault find and provide planned preventative maintenance to our client’s X-Ray & MR machines. Your customer-facing skills will be crucial, as you will be required to interface with customers and staff at all levels promptly and professionally. You will identify any opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the company values are distributed.

Other responsibilities include:nMaintaining all test equipment, tools, and company propertynEscalating situations where customer satisfaction is compromisednMaintaining excellent communication and team workingnUnderstanding and complying with work instructionsnAttending product training courses in Europe and USAnProviding out-of-hours technical service support (when applicable)nCompleting administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner

The requirementsnYou’ll have transferrable engineering experience gained in the installation, service, or support of electromechanical equipment, as well as…nHNC/HND in an Electronics, Engineering or Bio-Chemistry disciplinenStrong IT, Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure skillsnExcellent customer-facing skillsnAbility to quickly gain the respect of stakeholders at all levelsnWillingness to learn and grownFull UK driving licence and willing to travel
