Duties of Internal Sales Executive:
* Management of 2 internal sales members. Duties to include development, coaching, performance monitoring.
* Responsible for managing and distributing sales enquiries out to the team and personally dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
* Responsible for the team and personally loading sales orders and quotations into the ERP system in a timely manner
* To deliver In House monthly sales targets of c£40k per month
* To deliver personal account targets of c£35k per month
* Team responsibility for tool repairs administration including booking in tools, sending to third party repairer, quoting, communicating updates to customers.
* To arrange key existing and potential customer site visits for Business Development Manager
* Team responsibilities to upsell our full offering to prospective and existing customers
* To assist with large bill of material quotations with the Sales Director
Personal Profile and experience of Internal Sales Executive:
* Experience in engineering based sales is desirable
* Experience of managing accounts and coaching/managing a team
* Authoritative, lead by example demeanour
* Good sales focus and hunger to push our comprehensive offering
* Experience of ERP systems and some basic Excel knowledge desirable but not essential
