Duties of Internal Sales Executive:

  • Management of 2 internal sales members. Duties to include development, coaching, performance monitoring.
  • Responsible for managing and distributing sales enquiries out to the team and personally dealing with enquiries in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the team and personally loading sales orders and quotations into the ERP system in a timely manner
  • To deliver In House monthly sales targets of c£40k per month
  • To deliver personal account targets of c£35k per month
  • Team responsibility for tool repairs administration including booking in tools, sending to third party repairer, quoting, communicating updates to customers.
  • To arrange key existing and potential customer site visits for Business Development Manager
  • Team responsibilities to upsell our full offering to prospective and existing customers
  • To assist with large bill of material quotations with the Sales Director

Personal Profile and experience of Internal Sales Executive:

  • Experience in engineering based sales is desirable
  • Experience of managing accounts and coaching/managing a team
  • Authoritative, lead by example demeanour
  • Good sales focus and hunger to push our comprehensive offering
  • Experience of ERP systems and some basic Excel knowledge desirable but not essential
