B5 Medical Administrator - Ipswich

Full time hours across Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Role Summary:
You will need to possess strong prioritising and excellent organisational skills together with the ability to remain calm in a busy and dynamic environment. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will need to have the ability to formulate and implement solutions to complex issues. It is also essential that you have experience with SystmOne.
The work is varied, challenging and fast paced, requiring a flexible approach, initiative and the ability to motivate and inspire others.  In this role you will also be expected to travel around surrounding areas, supporting clinical staff.
You will be expected to work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians and other practitioners in delivering services providing a 7 day week, 24 hours a day for 365 days a year working shifts where appropriate and operationally required.
In delivering your duties you will be expected to display behaviours that are aligned with the Trust values and as required in accordance with the NHS Constitution at all times.
We currently have a variety of part-time, flexible hour rotas available that complement the full-time locum and permanent roles that we are currently recruiting for.
